We are willing to support and provide all the technical elements to assure of our quality. Products that we sold are warranted according to the standard of the producers. To bring the best value to the customers, Nam A is practicing a new “exchange-a-new-1” service which is appraised as one of the newest services among laptop distributors. According to this, if any laptop that we sold have any matters which related to hardware or producer's fault from the point of purchasing, we will immediately change a new laptop in replacing the old one. We are proud to be one of the leading IT companies that provide “the best laptop service” to customers in Vietnam .

After receiving customers' report of technical failure, our technical engineers will immediately proceed to checking process and repair in the fastest time. We are assure of returning the products after 48 hours from the time of receiving report

Warranty conditions:

•  Exchange a new laptop for the one bought for the first month which can not be fixed and is due to the failure from the producers (applied to all laptops and between 30 days from the point of purchasing)

•  Replace a new part or all for others problem that can be fixed

•  Assure of returning to customers after 48 hours (this does not apply to Saturday, Sunday and other public holidays)

•  In case of emergency, we will provide customer with a laptop to make sure that you can continue with what you are doing and not to delay your work.

•  Yearly check and maintainance to all laptop that we sold through our branches if required

•  If required by customers, we always have replacement parts and other technical and supported parts

•  Receive and support all problems that related to laptop to all customers (even if you are not Nam A's customers)
